CoMove has strong financial team, who maintain detailed financial records and make them accessible to the public. Provide clear breakdowns of how donations are utilized, demonstrating a responsible approach to financial management.

Quality assurance

CoMove focuses on achieving the greatest possible impact in line with our mission in the most efficient, effective and sustainable way possible. To ensure this, we makes planning, monitoring and evaluation (PME) and learning a key part of its work.

CoMove has policy to be transparent in partnerships, collaborations, and affiliations. Our Independant oversight Committee Team also take the lead to review the feedbacks from CoMove’s partners for continous improvements.

Ethical Behaviour and Safeguarding

COMOVE CODE OF CONDUCT AND ETHICS POLICY

CoMove implements a range of policies and procedures to ensure CoMove members and organisational initiatives and activities meet the highest standards of ethical conduct. All staff and activities are required to adhere to CoMove Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards Policy and related procedures, which provide the guidelines for good conduct and directions on ethical matters and in situations of conflict of interest.

 

Independent Oversight Committee

CoMove has established an independent oversight committee comprising external experts and stakeholders.

Their role would be to review organizational practices, evaluate impact reports, and provide unbiased feedback for continuous improvement.

Preventive and corrective actions

CoMove members are required to adhere to CoMove Code of Conduct and the related procedures. This set of documents defines the Ethical Standards CoMove lives by and outlines preventive action to avert discrimination, harassment, any safeguarding incident, and fraud.

Zero-Tolerance policy

CoMove Annual Report has an overview of the cases investigated during the year. CoMove’s zero tolerance policy applies to cases of theft, fraud and misuse of resources.

Governance

CoMove has Managing Board and Supervisory Board. CoMove’s Supervisory Board supervises the management carried out by the Managing Board while also providing advice and guidance based on the Supervisory Board’s expertise in areas such as auditing, finance management, audit, risk and compliance and social affairs. Supervisory Board also supervise CoMove’s Independent Oversight Committee.
